Prior to forming Engineering, Software and Network Services (ESNS), Mr. Clifton N. McKinney was Vice President of a small business. While partnering with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM and Lockheed Martin, Mr. McKinney was able to provide forward thinking solutions utilizing his extensive experience as a Chief Engineer and Systems Engineer Manager.
In March 2002, a lifetime dream was accomplished as Mr. McKinney officially became President and CEO of ESNS. While providing innovative technical and engineering solutions coupled with an unsurpassed work ethic, ESNS quickly establish itself as a trustworthy business entity within the public, private and government sectors.
To better serve customers, in April 2007 ESNS expanded its operations by acquiring additional office space in McLean, VA. The Senior Management grew to include managers that have led large private sector and government organizations. During this time, ESNS Management made a conscious decision to invest in additional business development support; to expand its services within existing markets; and expand within other government organizations. Since April 2007, ESNS has recognized a 100% growth in our staff and has significantly increased our corporate revenue. We have consolidated our executive offices and are located in Alexandria and Manassas, VA.
Today, we are financially healthy, extensively competent in our areas of expertise, interesting to a multitude of new customers, and sought after by current customers for repeat engagements. We are on schedule to meet our 5 year revenue targets and completely debt free. We remain eager and committed to providing unsurpassed opportunities to our employees as well as unsurpassed service to our customers.
The current ownership of ESNS is Clifton McKinney (President and CEO), Gloria McKinney (Sr. Vice-President) and Deames Peoples (Vice-President and COO).
